These forms ensure a safe, professional, and trustworthy experience for both our team and our customers.

🧩 SECTION 1: Independent Contractor

Agreement

Purpose:This agreement establishes that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, of Moveouts2Cleanouts.

Key Clauses:

• You understand that all work is freelance and paid per completed job.

• Moveouts2Cleanouts does not provide health benefits, insurance, or taxes on your behalf.

• You are responsible for your own tools, transportation, and communication device (smartphone or computer).

• Payment is issued within 24–48 hours after confirmed job completion and approval by the client.

• Professional conduct, reliability, and appearance are mandatory for continued collaboration.

🚫 SECTION 2: Non-Competition & Confidentiality Agreement

Purpose:To protect Moveouts2Cleanouts’ client relationships, pricing structure, and proprietary systems.

Key Clauses:

• You may not directly or indirectly solicit or perform work for Moveouts2Cleanouts’ clients for 12 months after your last assignment.

• You agree not to share client contact details, pricing information, or internal procedures with competitors.

• Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

🧹 SECTION 3: Conduct, Appearance & Brand Agreement

Purpose:To ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand integrity during service calls.

Key Clauses:

• You agree to wear branded Moveouts2Cleanouts clothing or identification during all job assignments (provided after approval).

• You agree to maintain a clean, courteous, and professional appearance at all times.

• You understand that repeated lateness, cancellations, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the network.

🧪 SECTION 4: Background & Drug Test Agreement

Purpose:To maintain safety, trust, and reliability across all job sites and client interactions.

Key Clauses:

• You agree to submit to a background and drug test if requested before or during employment.

• Failure to comply or falsifying results may lead to immediate removal from the platform.

• You consent to Moveouts2Cleanouts using secure third-party verification tools to confirm eligibility.
